Role Purpose

We are looking for a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer who will play a key part in preventing theft and ensuring the safety and security of both our employees and customers.

Working Hours

The role requires working from Tuesday to Saturday between 4:00 pm and 12:30 am.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor security camera footage continuously.
• Maintain a visible and active presence on the sales floor to deter theft.
• Engage with customers by addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
• Log incidents and relevant events into the crime reporting system promptly and accurately.

Candidate Profile

While previous experience in customer-facing environments such as retail or hospitality is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication abilities, a positive outlook, and enthusiasm for learning. Comfort with standing for extended periods is essential. Experience in managing conflicts and resolving situations calmly under pressure is preferred.
