Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Logistics Coordinator to aid in the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics activities. The position requires ensuring the smooth movement of goods, materials, and resources with accuracy and punctuality while optimizing supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation activities.
• Track shipments and monitor delivery timelines to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain detailed logistics records and update operational databases accurately.
• Resolve operational and logistical issues to prevent disruptions.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, transportation providers, warehouses, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to streamline logistics processes.
• Support inventory coordination and assist with distribution and warehouse operations.
• Gather and analyze logistics data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Identify bottlenecks and support initiatives that improve service quality and operational effectiveness.
