Position Overview
GiS has provided comprehensive outpatient services for over 30 years, tailored to meet the needs and desires of their clients. They are currently looking for a full-time Logistics Coordinator specializing in fleet management for their Hannover transport service.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and coordinating trips in line and individual transport services
- Maintaining proactive relationships with parents and institutions
- Leading personnel and managing scheduling for drivers and assistants
- Administering fleet operations and advising transport management
- Preparing reports and comparing service offers
- Ensuring compliance with mandated quality standards
- Supporting executive leadership in fleet management decisions
Qualifications & Experience
- Preferably completed commercial vocational training or relevant initial experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work shifts Monday to Friday: early shift 06:00–14:30, late shift 09:30–18:00
- Familiarity with the greater Hannover area is advantageous
- Experience in customer service and fleet management is desirable
- Proficient computer skills, especially MS Office and Excel
- Possession of a Class B driving license
