Position Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator (m/f/d) based in Emsbüren to join our 40-member logistics team. You will support the warehouse office colleagues in both commercial and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth workflows in day-to-day operations through structured use of Outlook and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist warehouse management with staff planning and scheduling.
• Coordinate and organize processes related to goods inbound.
• Maintain spreadsheets, analyses, and key performance indicators using Excel.
• Support employees in quality assurance and uphold high standards, including workplace safety.
• Contribute suggestions to improve or simplify workflows.

Candidate Profile

• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel.
• Some prior experience in logistics or commercial roles.
• Structured, dependable, and team-focused working style.
