LIMS Consultant

Role overview

We are looking for a Labinformatics Consultant to support LabWare LIMS projects across the full consulting lifecycle. The role involves turning business challenges into practical solutions, driving implementation work, and helping deliver stable systems that fit client needs.

What you will do

• Work through the complete consulting cycle, starting with understanding the problem and ending with solution rollout.
• Capture business and technical requirements, shape the solution approach, and fine-tune it during delivery.
• Support end-to-end LabWare LIMS implementation efforts.
• Help teams follow the right project processes and produce required deliverables.
• Assist with client training and strengthen internal team capability.
• Contribute to configuration, development, and system integration work for LIMS and connected enterprise applications.

Experience and technical background

The role calls for 3+ years of practical experience in LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support. Prior work with platforms such as LabVantage, SampleManager, and STARLIMS will be valuable. A solid command of Oracle, SQL, Core Java, and JavaScript is expected.

Domain and project experience

Experience in Pharma, R&D, or Healthcare environments, especially on LabWare LIMS implementations, is important. You should have worked on requirements gathering, solution design, validation, deployment, data migration, master data configuration, reporting, and label creation. Exposure to ERP and PLM integrations, SDLC practices, database fundamentals, and interface design is also needed.
