Licensing Administrator

Role overview

This position focuses on keeping software license records accurate, current, and well organized for a product-based US multinational company based on SB Road, Pune.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain complete and organized software licensing files along with all related records and supporting documents.
• Manage renewals, addendums, and terminations for software license files.
• Review existing license records and make corrections or updates whenever needed.
• Take ownership of urgent or sensitive software license file matters and resolve them carefully.

Candidate profile

The company is looking for someone with a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience. A minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, licensing, legal operations, contract administration, or a similar business environment is expected.

Compensation

The offered pay is INR 3,00,000 to 4,00,000 per year.
