Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research related to banking regulations, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Maintain and update legal records, contract databases, and document repositories efficiently.
- Support the preparation of a variety of reports, including legal correspondence, presentations, and management information reports.
