Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Barry

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join various welcoming primary schools in Barry, Wales, starting September 2026. We offer a variety of opportunities tailored to your needs, from full-time five-day roles to flexible positions covering two to three days per week, as well as daily supply cover.

Role Expectations

• Demonstrate previous experience working as an LSA in a primary school environment.
• Adopt a positive and proactive attitude to assist children in their learning journey.
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate and registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
• Be willing to complete safeguarding training and adhere to our compliance procedures.
