Key Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and supervise the yearly training strategy and budget, ensuring alignment with company objectives and optimal use of resources.
- Collaborate with department leaders to perform detailed Training Needs Analysis that identifies skills gaps and guides the formation of targeted educational programs.
- Develop and deliver interactive training sessions both internally and externally across various organizational tiers using multiple delivery methods and platforms.
- Administer and improve the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate smooth enrollment, tracking, and employee access to training content.
- Evaluate training program success through data analysis, feedback collection, and performance metrics, recommending enhancements where necessary.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement and development to cultivate an inclusive learning culture and reinforce organizational values.
- Maintain partnerships with external training providers and consultants to ensure the quality and cost-efficiency of delivered programs.
- Keep abreast of current industry trends and emerging educational technologies to integrate innovative methods that support organizational change.
- Compile and present comprehensive reports on training results and strategic advice to senior leadership.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
- At least 5 to 7 years of advancing experience in Learning & Development, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in performing Training Needs Analysis and creating tailored learning solutions.
- Strong skills in facilitation, coaching, public speaking, and presentation.
- Experience managing budgets and financial planning within learning and development contexts.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing team members.
- Background in organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, showing flexibility and adapting to changing business demands.
