Key Responsibilities

• Collect, categorize, wash, dry, fold, and deliver linens and personal clothing items.
• Safely and proficiently operate laundry machinery and equipment.
• Document laundry operations and promptly inform supervisors of any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Engage courteously with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring top-tier customer service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in laundry services is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Maintain a constructive attitude and communicate effectively with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership to accomplish daily tasks.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Physically able to lift, push, and pull weights up to 50 pounds and stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended durations.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
• Capable of following both written and verbal instructions and performing repetitive tasks reliably.
• Must reside within the service area.
