Core Responsibilities

• Open and close the facility accurately and securely, preparing the site to perform optimally each shift.
• Lead by example through visible presence, setting standards in cleanliness, safety, and overall performance.
• Operate the location independently when no management is on site, making decisions and resolving issues proactively.
• Guide and support team members in real-time by providing constructive coaching and encouragement without generating conflict.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and staff, especially during service downtime or disruptions.
• Commit to continuous personal and professional development to advance towards leadership roles.
