Role Overview
Compumedics USA is seeking an IDTF-HST Key Account Manager to expand its home sleep testing business across independent diagnostic testing facilities nationwide. This is a strategic, quota-focused position for an accomplished sales professional who understands the IDTF market and can develop durable customer partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of accounts and sell on the strength of clinical differentiation rather than pricing.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for growing and managing a defined set of IDTF accounts throughout the entire customer journey, from prospecting to expansion and renewal. The role involves presenting Somfit and Falcon HST as clinically differentiated solutions, developing connections with clinical leaders, operational stakeholders, and referring physician networks, and keeping the pipeline and forecast accurate and current. A consultative, discovery-led sales style is expected, along with regular travel to support and strengthen relationships within your territory.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of medical device sales experience, with direct exposure to IDTF or home sleep testing preferred. Candidates should have a demonstrated history of managing strategic accounts and growing revenue beyond transactional deal-making. Familiarity with the home sleep testing market, strong consultative selling capability, and willingness to travel regularly across the account base are important.
