Role Overview

As a Junior Video Creator / Videographer / Post-Production Specialist within the marketing team, you will be a creative individual passionate about visual trends and with high aesthetic standards. You appreciate precise design details and authentic storytelling over mere glossy advertising, aiming to make impactful videos that can go viral.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit video concepts and perform post-production for diverse moving image content representing the brand.
• Produce and refine video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and other promotional materials.
• Utilize AI tools and effective prompting to accelerate scalability and fill content gaps efficiently.
• Shape and ensure consistent application of the brand's visual aesthetic in videos.
• Collaborate closely with content creators to develop storylines and video concepts.
• Coordinate with the brand and design team to maintain and enhance visual brand identity.
• Support planning and logistics for video shoots, including coordination with team members and location scouts.

Candidate Profile

• Completed training or academic studies in digital multimedia, videography, video editing, or a comparable field; skilled career changers are also welcome.
• Some prior experience in video production, especially editing and post-production.
• Desirable skills include sound engineering and animation.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools regularly in daily workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, and After Effects.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, forward-thinking approach, and a keen eye for visual trends.
• Motivated to design workflows and take ownership in innovative projects.
