Role Overview
Joining the Fever Originals team based in Berlin, you will utilize data, market insights, and commercial acumen to produce unique events that provide unforgettable experiences. The role involves developing and expanding Fever's original event pipeline through strong partnerships with venues and stakeholders, and close collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities by sourcing venues, partners, and collaborators for innovative event concepts.
- Lead venue sourcing and negotiate contracts, aiming for optimal terms and sustained partnerships.
- Ensure financial and operational viability of events through analysis and performance reporting.
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing ticket sales and expanding event reach.
- Analyze business outcomes including profit and loss, forecasting, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate successful event launches and smooth operations.
- Scale promising experiences to additional cities and markets with replicable models.
- Maintain high-quality standards ensuring customer satisfaction and excellent operational delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum one year of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business development, or partnerships (not focused on traditional event planning).
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills with confidence in proactive outreach.
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Resilient and driven, able to work under pressure and manage concurrent high-impact projects.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with venues and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-based decision-making aptitude.
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to tackle challenges constructively.
