Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and executing projects targeted at justice system digitalization.
• Handle analytical issues related to both project execution and operational contexts.
• Participate in the creation and refinement of standards for electronic legal communications.
• Collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including specialists from administrative units and IT teams.
• Support end-user management and provide functional assistance within judicial environments.
• Organize, plan, and prepare workshops, meetings, and project-related appointments.
• Gain hands-on experience with innovative digitalization projects and contribute to the evolution of public processes.

Candidate Profile

• Degree or vocational qualification in public administration, business studies, law, or related disciplines.
• Initial experience in project environments, consulting, or support roles is preferred.
• Keen interest in public sector digital transformation and its associated challenges.
• Strong IT affinity paired with basic technical comprehension.
• Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working with varied stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and solution-focused work style.
• Good organizational skills combined with self-motivation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
