Role Overview

The Junior Global Brand Manager will help shape and execute worldwide marketing initiatives that grow awareness and demand for MCM Worldwide and Anna Sui fragrance lines.   • Work closely with Product Development, Creative, Packaging, Sales, and outside agencies on active and upcoming projects.
  • Support the journey from concept to launch while keeping timelines and budgets under control.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Sales on full-funnel marketing activity such as sampling, merchandising, and public relations.
  • Monitor pre-production samples and help ensure seasonal launches stay on schedule.
  • Confirm that product comps are ready for photoshoots, retailer requests, and presentations.
  • Follow the licensor approval workflow and make sure records, compliance, and deadlines are managed properly.
  • Serve as the connection point between Creative and Regulatory teams so artwork approvals move forward for new product development.

Experience and Education

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline is required, along with at least 2 years of marketing experience in the prestige cosmetics or fragrance sector.
