Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Junior Event Producer to assist our Executive Producer and Project Manager in delivering exceptional live events. This role involves managing the full scope of event production, including vendor coordination, logistics, and quality assurance, ensuring impactful experiences within budget and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee event production activities from pre-production planning through on-site execution to post-event wrap-up.
• Support the development of new event concepts and implement innovative production formats using emerging technologies.
• Create and monitor production schedules to keep teams aligned and on track.
• Work with project managers to plan and monitor event budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of event objectives.
• Participate in marketing discussions contributing a production perspective to creative ideas.
• Manage multiple productions simultaneously, scaling Fever Original IPs to meet team goals.
• Research and engage new vendors, technologies, venues, and secure necessary permits and insurance.
• Handle administrative tasks including expense management, invoicing, and coordinating contracts with legal.
• Be open to domestic and international travel and accommodate cross-time zone work as needed.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in live event production management.
• Fluency in German at a native level and strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Background or experience in Theater or Stage Management is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage several projects and event components efficiently.
• Innovative problem solver with a solution-oriented and creative approach.
• Established network of vendors and venues; proficient with permits and insurance procedures.
• Strong understanding of technical production needs and basic fabrication methods.
• Keen curiosity and eagerness for continuous learning and experimentation with new concepts.
• Effective communicator able to collaborate with partners, agencies, brands, and talent.
• Strategic thinker skilled at interpreting event briefs from a business perspective.
• Experience in virtual, outdoor, or large-scale events is a plus.

Hiring Process

• Introductory 30-minute video interview with Talent Acquisition to discuss career goals and cultural fit.
• Online assessment covering logic, analytics, and comprehension over 60 minutes.
• 30-minute conversation with the Hiring Manager.
• 45-minute video interview with the future manager including profile discussion and a pre-prepared business case presentation.
