Role Overview

Ucentric seeks a Junior Data & Analytics Specialist to join a major multinational retailer’s operations team. This position is embedded on-site and works in a hybrid model within a large retail environment. The key focus is hands-on delivery, enhancing data capture, interpretation, and usage to enable better business decisions across various departments such as supply chain, operations, finance, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational and performance data critical to diverse stakeholder teams.
• Design, implement, and sustain dashboards and reporting systems monitoring essential metrics and outcomes.
• Execute data extraction, cleaning, and analysis using SQL and analytics platforms to ensure data integrity and usability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their reporting requirements into scalable and automated data solutions.
• Minimize dependency on manual and spreadsheet-based reporting by introducing structured datasets and streamlining workflows.
• Analyze data trends, uncover deficiencies, and deliver actionable insights supporting short- and long-term business decisions.
