Role overview

We are looking for a junior-level data analyst who is comfortable working with data, producing reports, and turning numbers into practical business insights. This position suits fresh graduates and early-career professionals who enjoy analytical work and want to contribute to better decision-making and operational performance.

What you will do

Gather data from internal and external sources, then clean, verify, and structure it for analysis.
Study datasets to uncover trends, patterns, irregularities, and useful findings.
Create reports, dashboards, and visual presentations that help teams make informed decisions.
Support the development and upkeep of reporting and business intelligence workflows.
Track important KPIs and other operational metrics.
Check data for accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Handle ad-hoc data pulls, extracts, and analysis requests from different stakeholders.
Work with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and target outcomes.
Record data handling steps, analysis methods, and reporting standards.
Contribute to process improvement efforts using data findings and performance tracking.
Help strengthen data governance practices and overall data quality.
Keep yourself informed about analytics tools, reporting platforms, and industry best practices.

What we are looking for

A basic grasp of analytics, statistics, and reporting principles.
Strong Excel ability, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and analytical functions.
SQL knowledge for data querying and extraction is preferred.
Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an added advantage.
Understanding of databases, data structures, and data handling concepts.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a closely related area is preferred.
