Junior Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Architect to join our team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) and have 1 to 4 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates with an impressive portfolio are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create architectural concepts and develop 2D and 3D drawings.
• Produce realistic renderings and Generate For Construction (GFC) drawings.
• Conduct site visits and assist in material selection.
• Collaborate with consultants and coordinate site activities.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and maintain high standards of quality.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software such as Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, or V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite; experience with Revit is a plus.
• Strong grasp of architectural and space planning, construction detailing, working drawings, and 3D visualization.
• Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and site coordination.
• Excellent communication skills including presentation, client interaction, and teamwork.
