Junior Accountant

Role Overview

InnovationTeam is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Accountant to become part of our Finance department. This position involves assisting in daily accounting tasks, ensuring precise record-keeping of financial data, and contributing to the preparation of financial statements, all while adhering to company guidelines and accounting regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
• Open to recent graduates or individuals with experience of up to two years in accounting or finance roles.
• Solid grasp of accounting concepts and generally accepted accounting standards.
• Competent in Microsoft Office suite with an emphasis on Excel.
• Experience or familiarity with accounting software or ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical capabilities coupled with strong organizational skills aimed at thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
