Job Change Operator

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Forming Service Manager, the Job Change Operator plays a vital role in enhancing job change efficiency by executing tasks across Hot End, Cold End, and Quality Assurance sections of the production line.

Primary Responsibilities

• Engage actively in all job change procedures within Hot End, Cold End, and audit areas as assigned.
• Build technical proficiency in setting up and stabilizing Hot End IS machinery and Cold End inspection equipment including the Palletiser.
• Ensure optimal line performance by identifying and remedying defects, verifying settings, managing and clearing CID issues, adjusting inspection parameters, and providing timely issue reports to coordinators.
• Contribute to ongoing development and enhancement of job change processes.
• Maintain quality standards through ware inspections and completing quality documentation associated with job change activities.
• Assist in preparing Quality Assurance setups prior to job change, covering quality gauges, specification adherence, and poly spray applications.
• Support the creation and revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and upkeep of job change-related data repositories.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Hot End, Cold End, and Maintenance teams to guarantee efficient production flow.
