Role Overview

As a member of an agile engineering team, you will engage in the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The team champions modern development methodologies, continuous learning, and innovation while delivering robust microservices-based solutions. Collaboration with architects, product owners, QA specialists, and DevOps personnel will be central to overcoming complex business and technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Core Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Create and enhance RESTful APIs and GraphQL services tailored for scalable business applications.
• Build and manage microservices following industry best practices.
• Implement business rule logic using rule engines such as Drools, JRule, or Decision Manager.
• Develop and optimize data layers utilizing JPA/Hibernate with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using React.js or Angular technologies.
• Construct and maintain CI/CD pipelines leveraging Jenkins for automated building, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with DevOps teams to deploy applications through Docker and Kubernetes environments where applicable.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues throughout the application stack.
• Provide mentorship, engage in code reviews, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proficient with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
• Experience using rule-based development tools like Drools, JRule, or Decision Manager.
• Strong knowledge of JPA/Hibernate and practical experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• At least 2 years working with front-end frameworks React.js or Angular.
• Experienced in implementing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, specifically Docker and Kubernetes, is preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate effectively in teams.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies is advantageous.
