Compensation

Role Summary

This position centers on keeping the store and facility clean, safe, and presentable, while supporting a positive guest experience through well-maintained common areas and services.

Key Duties

• Keep the store clean and orderly at all times.
• Clean shower areas and restroom facilities.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Carry out basic repair and maintenance tasks around the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center.
• Deliver helpful guest service by maintaining a clean and well-functioning environment.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should be self-driven, comfortable working with others, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and prepared to spend most of the day walking or standing. A flexible schedule covering nights, days, weekends, and holidays is also required.

Preferred Background

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, along with familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to resolve minor maintenance issues.
