Job Overview

The ITS Innovation Lead will take charge of overseeing and advancing ITS innovation projects under the RF004 ITS work order. This role requires close collaboration with the client to grasp their requirements and ensure their expectations are met. Responsibilities include managing the innovation budget, supervising subcontractors, and facilitating communication among all involved parties.

Primary Duties

• Manage and direct the development of ITS innovation projects under the specified work order.
• Engage actively with the client (Ashghal) to understand and satisfy their demands.
• Oversee the innovation budget through planning, tracking, and cost management.
• Identify, assess, and manage subcontractors and consultants involved in the projects.
• Maintain seamless coordination and communication between clients, internal teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project timelines, detect risks early, and apply corrective measures as needed.
• Compile and deliver regular progress updates to both clients and company leadership.
• Ensure all project outputs comply with contractual obligations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with infrastructure, ITS, or innovation projects is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Proven experience managing clients, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of project budgeting and financial control is desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in directing teams and managing subcontractors.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in problem solving with the ability to tackle challenges proactively.
• Basic familiarity with ITS or infrastructure projects; deep technical expertise is not required.
• A proactive, systematic, and results-focused work ethic.
