IT Support Officer (Remote, Australia Only, Entry-Level)

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Officer dedicated to providing excellent assistance in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Identify and resolve IT problems through both remote and on-site assistance.
• Set up, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and business applications.
• Handle user account management including passwords and access controls.
• Assist with system updates, applying security patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Record support requests, troubleshooting steps, and IT procedures accurately.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure secure and streamlined IT operations.
• Help implement new technologies and optimize existing IT processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Sound knowledge of Windows, macOS, and fundamental networking principles.
• Experience or familiarity with productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Competence in hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
• Exposure to help desk or ticketing platforms is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
