Job Overview and Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and managing onboarding procedures. The recruiter will utilize various channels such as job portals, internal databases, referrals, and direct headhunting to find suitable candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand and translate technical requirements into effective recruitment strategies.
• Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and communication abilities.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate compensation packages and close offers within established budget and timeframe.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future recruitment needs.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
• Ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
