Responsibilities

• Engage in understanding client requirements thoroughly and translate them into system and design specifications.
• Collaborate with Technology Leads and Project Managers to estimate work effort and project timelines accurately.
• Develop, validate, and support complex software programs aligned with client needs and project goals.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of turbomachinery domain focusing on gas turbine rotor technologies.
• Expertise in Mainframe Technologies including Changeman tool usage.
• Strong grasp of design principles, system architecture fundamentals, and performance engineering.
• Familiarity with quality processes and estimation techniques to ensure deliverable accuracy.
• Basic understanding of the project domain and ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into system requirements.
• Capability to design and implement complex codes and programs effectively.
• Proficiency in writing detailed test cases and creating scenarios based on specifications.
• Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Awareness of the latest technologies and industry trends pertinent to this role.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate efficiently within a team environment.
