About the Role
We are looking for experienced professionals to fill positions in our International Voice Process team focused on customer support. This role involves managing incoming calls from international customers and providing effective solutions and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from international customers promptly and professionally.
- Offer technical assistance and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining quality interactions.
- Keep precise records of customer communications.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates should have 6 months to 3 years of experience in international voice processes.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Good articulation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Available to join by the first week of July.
Work Schedule and Location
- The job requires a 5-day workweek with rotational shifts and offs in an office environment.
- Primarily night shifts are assigned.
- Two-way cab transportation is provided within a 25 km radius, depending on the shift timing.
Workplace Address: Sutherland, A1 Block, Ground Floor, Gateway Office Parks, Perungalathur, Chennai, opposite Perungalathur Railway Station.
