Role Overview

This position starts with an outbound calling role responsible for scheduling appointments related to our POS products. After completing a 3-month training program, the role advances to direct sales targeting clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential merchants such as small businesses, retail stores, restaurants, and large enterprises.
• Make outbound calls to prospects, assessing their needs and presenting appropriate product offerings.
• Complete at least 150 cold calls per shift.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-term relationships by addressing ongoing customer needs.
• Keep updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and new payment technologies.
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical departments to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Inform clients about the benefits and functionalities of POS machines.
• Regularly meet and surpass sales goals to drive business growth.

Work Location and Schedule

• Ahmedabad office, requiring on-site presence.
• Positions available as full-time or part-time.
• Work hours aligned with US market timings, mainly evening and night shifts according to IST.
