International Technical Support Executive - Voice Process

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated candidates for the role of International Technical Support Executive in the voice process. This role is based in Uppal, Hyderabad, and requires working onsite with night rotational shifts. Candidates will handle international customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure high service quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer queries via voice calls, chat, and email channels.
• Identify and resolve basic technical problems effectively.
• Provide outstanding customer service to maintain client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
• Adhere to prescribed process guidelines and uphold quality standards consistently.

Eligibility Requirements

• Open to undergraduate or graduate candidates; applicants currently enrolled in regular education courses are not eligible.
• Proficiency in English communication, preferably at B2/C1 level.
• Basic understanding of computers and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness and ability to work night rotational shifts.
• Preference given to candidates available to join immediately.
• Applicants with background in Mapping, Content Moderation, or Backend Operations are excluded.

Compensation Details

• Freshers can earn up to 19,000 INR take-home per month.
• Those with 6 to 18 months of experience may receive up to 23,000 INR take-home monthly.
• Candidates with more than 18 months experience can earn up to 27,000 INR take-home per month.
