International Business Development Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive International Business Development Manager to grow the reach of our perfume brand in overseas markets. This role demands thorough market analysis, identification of leading buyers and distributors, international travel for direct engagements, and securing substantial B2B distribution contracts.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and research prominent retail chains, boutique outlets, and key cosmetic/perfume distributors in targeted international regions.
• Conduct on-site market visits in areas including Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Gulf regions to showcase product collections, facilitate scent trials, and present compelling proposals to prospective partners.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, order minimums, payment conditions, and exclusive distribution rights to finalize export agreements.
• Foster ongoing relationships with overseas distributors post-sale to ensure recurring orders and effective logistics coordination.
