Role overview

This internship is focused on HR COE support and involves helping with core human resources initiatives, coordination, and documentation work. The role requires active on-site involvement in HR projects and support for employee-related processes.

Responsibilities

• Support HR COE projects and initiatives with hands-on, on-site assistance.
• Help manage performance review processes and maintain HR-related documentation.
• Assist in rolling out policy changes and coordinating HR activities across teams.
• Contribute to employee engagement programs and help execute related activities.

Preferred profile

The employer prefers candidates who have already completed an internship in a similar HR role.

Work schedule

This is an in-office role based in Gurugram. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, along with alternate Saturdays for a half-day shift from 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
