ملازمت کی تفصیل
Role overview
This position is for an interior designer focused on workplace projects in Singapore. The role calls for someone who can generate practical design solutions, turn concepts into buildable packages, and support projects from early ideas through site execution.
Core design work
You will be expected to prepare CAD and BIM drawing sets for design reviews, tender activities, and implementation on site. The work also includes sketch plans, concept proposals, space planning, design documentation, and tracking design intent as projects progress in the field.
Client interaction and presentations
As the main design contact for clients, you will join client meetings and site visits, shape design presentations, and oversee the preparation of presentation boards. You should be able to present plans, elevations, and design ideas clearly while helping maintain high service quality.
Collaboration and coordination
The role involves leading design reviews, representing the company in design discussions or forums, and supporting other designers and project professionals. You will also coordinate with suppliers, brief the design team on new materials, brands, and special treatments, and help with FF&E selection, scheduling, colour and material concepts, and space planning.
Review and quality control
You will review drawings, mock-ups, material samples, and finished samples submitted by contractors, and you may be assigned additional duties that support wider business and organisational objectives.
Requirements
The employer is seeking a qualified design professional with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited design school and at least 3 years of experience in workplace projects. Strong working knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other 3D design software is required. Experience in a design-and-build environment is considered an advantage.
Applicants should have proven experience delivering medium to large workplace projects, along with technical documentation skills for interior packages, workplace fit-outs, and joinery documentation. Prior client-facing experience is preferred.
Strong planning ability, sound judgement, and familiarity with furniture, finishes, planning codes, and budget constraints are important. Clear communication in English and the ability to work effectively with people across different disciplines are also key.
What the company offers
The organisation says it provides an inclusive and entrepreneurial environment designed to help employees grow. It also mentions a Total Rewards Program, competitive pay, and a benefits package.
