Job Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive execution of turnkey interior projects spanning residential, commercial, corporate, and retail sectors from initial site handover to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring work aligns with approved designs and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with Design, Estimation, Procurement, Production, and Execution teams for seamless project progression.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams effectively to achieve project goals.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, resource allocation plans, and work plans.
• Monitor project quality, workmanship, safety protocols, and compliance with company standards.
• Review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material needs, and procurement schedules to prevent delays.
• Collaborate with MEP, civil, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other service teams supporting project execution.
• Conduct routine client meetings to report progress and address concerns promptly.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve site issues, and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Verify measurements, billing quantities, and confirm completion status of assigned work.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure projects remain within budget while upholding superior quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience managing turnkey interior project executions.
• Expertise handling premium residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interiors.
• In-depth understanding of site execution, project coordination, finishing works, and quality assurance.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, budgeting, material planning, and tracking costs.
• Practical knowledge in coordinating MEP, civil, and finishing activities on site.
• Strong skills managing vendors, subcontractors, and labor forces.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of MS Project or Primavera is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel across Chennai project sites.
