Key Responsibilities

• Oversee policy renewals to support strong client retention rates.
• Process policy changes and updates, maintain client accounts, and communicate effectively regarding claims and correspondence.
• Keep precise and current records and documentation.
• Address customer inquiries, mid-term adjustments, and renewal discussions clearly and courteously.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to both internal and external requests.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and cross-department teams to meet common goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards in all tasks.
• Provide assistance with miscellaneous duties to enhance overall team performance.

Skills and Experience

• Possession of APA qualification is mandatory; CIP qualification is a valuable asset.
• Proven experience in a demanding customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with Relay software would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Competence to prioritize responsibilities, multitask efficiently, and resolve problems effectively.
