About the Role
We are seeking driven and enthusiastic individuals to join as Insurance Advisors. This position focuses on guiding clients in selecting appropriate life insurance policies, fostering lasting client relationships, and achieving sales goals. Previous experience in insurance is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Assess customers' financial objectives and insurance requirements.
- Explain various life insurance products and recommend suitable plans.
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
- Support clients with policy applications and necessary documentation.
- Follow up on leads and offer post-sale assistance.
- Accomplish monthly sales and business targets.
- Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
- At least 18 years old.
- Completed 10th or 12th grade, or holds a graduate degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with eagerness to learn.
- Open to both freshers and experienced individuals.
