About the Role and Company
Join a leading professional services firm renowned globally for expertise in digital, cloud, and security sectors across over 40 industries. As part of the Talent Organization within this firm, you will play a key role in creating innovative workforce solutions and managing organizational change for clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with client teams to analyze business challenges and design comprehensive learning and development solutions.
- Conduct detailed training needs analyses to craft effective curricula tailored to client requirements.
- Develop detailed content outlines aligned with training programs and standards.
- Create design templates, guidelines, and checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality learning materials.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to produce impactful training assets spanning multiple formats.
- Evaluate training deliverables against project and industry quality criteria to maintain excellence.
- Identify and report risks to project leaders and propose actionable mitigations or alternatives.
- Mentor and guide instructional designers and content developers to enhance their instructional design capabilities.
- Integrate innovative learning methods and emerging technology trends into instructional solutions.
- Utilize industry-standard rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Lectora, along with client-specific software, to craft advanced training content.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and business insight in a culturally diverse global environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field; preferred disciplines include Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising, or Public Relations.
- At least 6 years of demonstrated expertise in instructional design and content development across various training modalities including ILT, e-learning, simulations, job aids, and quick reference guides.
- Proven experience in leading and coaching small teams independently.
- Familiarity with ADDIE instructional design model is advantageous.
- Knowledge of tools like Whatfix and WalkMe is a plus.
