Role Overview

As a member of the in-store team, your role will involve delivering visual merchandising support to enhance the store environment. You will creatively position products and craft window and in-store displays aligned with current fashion trends to captivate customers while aiming to maximize store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Implement visual merchandising plans weekly within the store to attract and inspire customers using advanced display techniques.
• Regularly update mannequins, in-store displays, and windows following seasonal changes and retail calendar events.
• Install and monitor point-of-sale promotions to drive sales.
• Use Oracle system data to guide effective merchandise placement and store layout changes.
• Support and deliver merchandising and display training to team members to foster ongoing development and prepare colleagues for future roles.
• Provide feedback and communication to the Town Merchandiser about in-store visual merchandising activities.
• Maintain professionalism and lead by example while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of the store environment in line with company standards.

• Optimize product visibility and accessibility to prominently feature high-demand merchandise.
• Create engaging displays consistent with brand guidelines that highlight key products and promotions.
• Collaborate with store staff to manage stock levels effectively.
• Monitor trends and fine-tune merchandising tactics to capitalize on new opportunities.
• Execute promotional campaigns aimed at maximizing sales performance.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in visual merchandising or retail is beneficial.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and a keen sense of fashion style.
