Inside Sales Executive

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in banking sales, preferably with exposure to secured financial products such as Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Business Loans, MSME Loans, or Secured Personal Loans.

Role Overview

The role involves conducting outbound calls to existing customers to encourage them to purchase additional financial products or services. The candidate must be adept at initiating cold calls, managing objections skillfully, and successfully closing sales transactions via telephone.

Required Skills

• Sound knowledge of financial services products related to banking and loans.
• Strong expertise in cross-selling with a proven sales track record.
• Experience in effectively selling banking products including various loan types.
• Excellent verbal communication fluency in both Hindi and English.
