Role Overview

The Information Technology Recruiter position is a full-time role located on-site in Doha, Qatar. The recruiter's core responsibility is to oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical roles. Key duties include candidate sourcing, resume evaluation, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating technical tests. Collaboration with hiring managers is essential to define job specifications and secure timely hires aligned with project demands.

Daily responsibilities involve developing talent pools, managing applicant tracking systems, organizing interview schedules, ensuring follow-ups, and handling offer processes and onboarding. Additionally, the role encompasses researching current IT recruitment market trends, attending career fairs, and refining recruitment practices to improve candidate experience continually.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Strong background in IT and technical recruitment with a solid understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and skill requirements.
• Proven ability to fill open positions promptly while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
• Capacity to handle multiple recruitment requisitions in a demanding and fast-paced workplace.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous recruitment experience in system integration, IT services, or technology industries is advantageous.
