Industrial Engineer

Role Overview

Eram Talent is looking for a driven Industrial Engineer to contribute to project delivery and ongoing performance improvement work. In this role, you will help keep engineering projects organized, track key performance indicators, and support initiatives that make execution more efficient and timely.

What You’ll Do

• Help plan, coordinate, and carry out engineering projects.
• Review project KPIs and other performance measures to identify trends and gaps.
• Work with internal teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project issues.
• Support continuous improvement programs by applying Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Draft project updates and maintain clear, accurate records and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

• A bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Recent graduates are welcome, and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may also apply.
• Exposure through internship, co-op, or training in project management, operational excellence, or performance management is considered an added advantage.
• Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and project management fundamentals.
• Strong abilities in analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
• Excellent professional English skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Six Sigma certification.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Additional Information

This position is based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia and is offered as a full-time onsite role.
