Role overview
We are hiring a self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven Immigration Telecaller to support client acquisition and lead conversion. The role involves speaking with prospective clients, introducing immigration services, and helping move interested leads toward consultation appointments.
What you will do
- Place outbound calls to prospects using the leads provided by the team.
- Respond to incoming enquiries in a professional and polite manner.
- Walk clients through immigration services, visa categories, and basic eligibility requirements.
- Screen leads and arrange meetings with immigration counsellors.
- Keep in touch with interested prospects through timely follow-ups and ongoing communication.
- Enter and maintain client details and call activity in the CRM system.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly calling as well as conversion goals.
- Work closely with the counselling and documentation teams to ensure seamless client support.
- Protect client confidentiality at all times.
Compensation
The salary offered is INR 12,000 to 35,000 per month.
