Job Overview
As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing effective relationships with clients seeking immigration services. Your role will involve addressing client inquiries related to Permanent Residency (PR), Work Permits, Student Visas, Visitor Visas, and other immigration categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain strong connections with immigration clients.
- Respond to client questions surrounding various visa and immigration services.
- Engage and advise potential clients from lead generation through the entire immigration application process.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to facilitate seamless case management and processing.
- Provide timely and consistent application status updates to clients.
- Resolve client issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep precise client information and CRM data current.
- Strive to meet targets related to client engagement, retention, and revenue.
