This fully remote position focuses on managing and expanding business within Tamil Nadu's regions outside major metro areas. The Hybrid Account Executive will drive growth through both acquiring new clients and deepening existing partnerships by overseeing the entire client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and strategically develop a designated territory with a mix of new prospects and established customers to maximize revenue and market share.
- Identify new sales opportunities both through proactive outreach and exploration of existing accounts to expand product adoption.
- Build robust relationships with senior executives in client organizations, including HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.
- Lead consultative sales engagements addressing customers' complex hiring needs through tailored LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
- Manage deal cycles from initial contact through negotiation and contract signing, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline health, and CRM updates to ensure business predictability.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales Development, and leadership teams to align strategies and optimize customer outcomes.
- Stay current on market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer priorities to inform sales strategy and share insights internally.
- Travel up to 60% within the territory for client engagement and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or subscription-based products.
- MBA or equivalent degree is desirable.
- Demonstrated success handling both new client acquisition and strategic growth of existing accounts.
- Proven track record managing complex enterprise sales including multiple stakeholders and lengthy cycles.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership including CXO level and HR-related decision-makers.
- Strong skills in consultative selling, strategic account planning, negotiation, and contract management.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is required.
- Highly motivated with excellent prioritization, communication, and analytical abilities.
