Key Duties

• Maintain adherence to all relevant employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor and update knowledge on changes in labor laws and industry practices.
• Manage the recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Address employee relations matters, mediating and resolving workplace conflicts and issues effectively.
