Role and Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates by conducting outreach in various locations such as ITIs, Polytechnic and Engineering Colleges, villages, local communities, industrial zones, labor markets, job fairs, campus drives, employee referrals, and local networks.
• Manage candidate registration and perform initial assessments to evaluate suitability.
• Communicate details about job roles, compensation packages, benefits, and company policies to prospective applicants.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews with clients, ensuring candidate participation and attendance.
• Facilitate the mobilization and scheduling of candidates for interviews and eventual joining.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment MIS data and a comprehensive candidate database.
• Conduct follow-ups with selected candidates up to their deployment.
• Meet recruitment and onboarding targets set by the organization.
• Establish and nurture relationships with local placement officers, educational institutions, and community leaders to support recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate closely with operations and HR departments to ensure seamless onboarding processes.
• Submit detailed daily reports covering field activities and recruitment progress.
