About the role

As part of the global HR team, you will work with multiple HR functions and regional business stakeholders. In this position, you will support the MENA business as an HR and administration specialist and help drive the company’s continued growth.

Human Resources Business Partnering

  • Work with business leaders to understand strategy and workforce requirements, then translate those needs into annual and periodic HR plans. Carry out regular talent reviews to spot critical skill gaps and partner with recruitment to set hiring priorities.
  • Lead the yearly and quarterly performance review cycles, guiding managers on goal setting, feedback delivery, and improvement discussions. Identify high-potential employees, build individual development plans, and coordinate learning resources to support growth.
  • Serve as a link between employees and management by handling concerns and conflicts promptly and appropriately. Conduct employee conversations across onboarding, probation, exit, and career development stages to improve engagement and retention. Partner with compensation and benefits teams to communicate policies clearly and accurately.
  • Champion company culture and values by organizing team-building activities, employee care programs, and internal communication initiatives that strengthen collaboration and team spirit.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations and internal policies, while tracking legal updates to reduce compliance exposure.

Administration

  • Manage the daily operations of the Dubai office, including workplace upkeep, facilities, office supplies, visitor handling, vendor coordination, and service contracts, while looking for ways to improve cost efficiency and service quality.
  • Coordinate with government bodies such as DMCC, MOHRE, and Immigration to keep business licenses and related documentation compliant and up to date.
  • Support business travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, ground transport, and short-term lodging, and help organize logistics for internal meetings and client visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related subject; applicants with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP capacity. Administrative management experience is required, and experience in Dubai or the wider Middle East is highly desirable.
  • Strong working knowledge of performance management, talent development, and other key HR functions.
  • Ability to stay effective in a demanding, fast-moving environment with strong adaptability, resilience, and a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, with strong communication and relationship-building skills for working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, as well as those in nearby countries or regions, will be an advantage.
