Company Overview
Hardev Enterprises is a rapidly expanding Ayurvedic wellness organization, currently recruiting for the position of HR Executive to manage recruitment for Sales Executives remotely.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage candidate applications sourced from online job platforms.
- Distribute training videos to shortlisted candidates for their initial preparation.
- Conduct screening interviews assessing candidate suitability.
- Assign cold calling tasks to candidates and gather their call recordings for evaluation.
- Assess candidates’ communication skills, confidence, and sales presentation abilities.
- Collaborate closely with Team Leaders to finalize candidate selection.
- Ensure forwarding of only qualified candidates for hiring.
- Maintain and update daily recruitment reports for tracking progress.
- Adhere to the full recruitment lifecycle as defined by the company’s processes.
Recruitment Procedure
- Candidates apply through designated job portals.
- HR shares necessary training material and videos with applicants.
- Initial interview and screening are conducted.
- Cold calling assignments are provided and monitored via call recordings.
- Sales pitches are evaluated to gauge candidate potential.
- Final hiring decisions are made in coordination with Team Leaders.
Compensation and Benefits
- During the initial training month, a fixed stipend of ₹12,000 is provided.
- Four leaves are available per month.
- After training, salary ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 monthly depending on performance and efficiency.
Working Hours and Conditions
- This is a full-time remote role requiring 8 to 10 working hours daily.
- A 45-minute lunch break is provided.
- The job may occasionally demand working in flexible or unconventional hours.
- Part-time employment is not applicable for this role.
Essential Requirements
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi; basic proficiency in English.
- Fundamental understanding of recruitment and sales processes.
- Ability to critically assess sales pitches and candidate quality.
- Access to a smartphone or laptop with reliable internet connectivity.
