HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for our field sales and support teams across India, ensuring rapid hiring with minimal costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hiring for various roles including field sales positions such as TSI, ASM, RSM, promoters, and head office roles in accounts, supply chain, marketing, design, and support.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for high-turnover field positions, keeping the turnaround time under 21 days.
• Source candidates using multiple platforms such as Naukri, WorkIndia, Apna, LinkedIn, referrals, and local consultants; negotiate terms with consultants.
• Screen candidates with experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or mobile accessories channel sales backgrounds.
• Organize interviews with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and company founders; manage salary negotiations and offer issuance.
• Complete full recruitment documentation, conduct reference checks, assist with onboarding, and maintain recruitment-related management information systems.
• Assist with HR operational tasks including attendance management, preparation of offer letters, and exit procedures.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in field sales, distribution, or retail hiring.
• Ability to recruit high volumes across multiple states efficiently.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada; knowledge of Telugu or Tamil is advantageous.
• Strong skills in Excel and familiar with various job portals.
• Capable of thriving in a startup environment by taking ownership, showing perseverance, and working independently without close supervision.
